    This study nook was added as part of a renovation at the end of a lounge room and items had been placed on shelves and on the desk without structure.

    We decluttered and organised shelves to store magazine subscriptions for the whole family with Kikki.k magazine boxes, along with software manuals and contact information for easy reference. The desk was cleared of any distractions and now everything has its place.



  • Walk-in Wardrobe

    This enormous walk-in wardrobe space had not been decluttered in years, so items were spilling out everywhere, drawers and shelves were overflowing and it needed a massive overhaul.

    After

    Once decluttered or organised Professionally, we installed felt-covered coat hangers, rehung all items into categories and now this space is accessible and functional.

  • Workstation

    Before

    Get Organised was asked to streamline this busy workstation space at an electrical manufacturing company which was cluttered with years of stuff. Boxes of stuff were sitting under this employees feet so he couldn’t sit comfortably at his desk. There was stuff all around the workstation and this created workplace issues. In a matter of 4 hours, the space became completely transformed.

    We de-cluttered all areas of this workstation including drawers and shelving, and utilised stationery display folders to house important reference information. Simply letting go of unnecessary items that were cluttering the occupants mind and vision each day, created clarity and calm. This employee can now retrieve everything quickly, when needed. He loved getting support in letting go of the old, and the new feeling of working in his clearer space, which ultimately will reflect in his work output.

    This young 22 year old female client wanted hands-on help and advice to pack and move from Sydney to New York. We decluttered and streamlined her wardrobe, labelled storage for easy maintenance, and packed up her clothing and accessories ready for this massive move.

  • Office 4

    This home office was a little cramped and with lots of resources, we needed to develop systems to manage the business owners filing system (business and personal), client files and reference materials.

    After

    We decluttered and kept only what was necessary in the immediate office space. A lateral filing system and new red cabinets was installed to accommodate all business filing systems and records. The owner is one happy customer with everything at her finger tips and processes to follow now for the life of her business.

    ‘Magic Makeover’ – This busy client has her own business, small children and no time to sort out this home office. She was out for the two days we were there, and wanted us to use storage boxes that she’d purchased at Kikki. K and to streamline her paper and filing system. An art and craft desk in this home office needed to be organised for the children to play while Mum works.

    Two GO Consultants decluttered the home-office for 2 days – sorting, discarding, streamlining, labelling, archiving and allocating items to the right size storage boxes. We also created a sensible filing system and streamlined the childrens art desk what fun!.The client was out for the two days, we was suitably amazed on her return to see the end result of her magic makeover.

    This small home-office houses an extremely busy business and the owner requested new systems to reflect her growth and future vision.

    The owner purchased a new desk and Get Organised installed a lateral filing system and cabinet to store her paper systems and resources. We styled and reorganised the space to reflect her business concept, which helped her to feel more comfortable in her newly organised home-office.

  • Home-Office

    Before

    This small spare bedroom come home-office was a dumping ground for paper, stationary and kraft supplies for this busy family. Working full time, the owners didn’t find the time to organise it and the piles kept growing. They wanted ideas to maximise the use of the space and to create a functional home-office.

    After

    As you can see, the outcome was a completely transformed space. We removed a sofa bed that was never used (by hiring a removalist company with 2 burley guys for 2 hours – needed because it was extremely heavy), and in the process moved the desk, lateral filing cabinet and stationery storage cabinet around to other spaces in this room, which opened up the room immediately, and all paper systems were established and stationery items were categorised and stored for easy access. The owner emailed me with the subject line “Ian Blown Away” and her email read&Ian was so pleased and amazed by the transformation in the study and by the neat games cupboard”.

  • Hall Cupboard

    This hall cupboard is a fabulous storage area for kitchen and dining room accessories, but was needing a thorough session of decluttering and organising to create specific areas for every item.

    After we decluttered, more space was created and items were grouped for easy retrieval. The storage area not only looks organised, but the owners can find everything quickly, saving time. All accessories now have specific homes, close to the kitchen and dining room.

  • Garage

    Before

    The owner of this garage went into a Nursing Home so his family wanted to organise and declutter all his stuff and filing systems too.

    After

    After decluttering, we organised a skip bin, charity collections and the result is a clear space to walk (or drive) into.
